Supreme Court upholds termination of ad-hoc school teachers in Tripura appointed through faulty recruitment process

Referring to the State's assurance that they would be given some age relaxation to participate in fresh recruitment processes, the Court said that this move is for the solace of candidates and not to degrade them.
