Karnataka High Court asks administrative side of High Court to request State Govt to set up one more Special Court to hear cases against MPs/MLAs

The State government, in turn, should respond to such representation immediately, added Chief Justice Abhay Shreeniwas Oka and Justice SS Magadum.

The Karnataka High Court has directed the administrative side of the Court to file a proposal with the State Government on establishment of one more special court for dealing with criminal cases of Members of Parliament and Members of Legislative Assembly (MPs and MLAs).
