Supreme Court dismisses Ashwini Upadhyay plea against RBI notification to allow exchange of ₹2,000 notes without ID

Upadhyay filed the present appeal before the Supreme Court against Delhi High Court order rejecting his plea.

The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the plea by BJP leader and advocate Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay challenging the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) notification allowing exchange of ₹2,000 currency notes without any identity proof.
