Supreme Court notifies vacation benches for hearing cases during summer break

The Supreme Court of India on Thursday notified vacation benches that will hear cases during the upcoming summer vacation of the top court from May 22 to July 3..In exercise of the powers under Rule 6 of Order II of the Supreme Court Rules, Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud nominated fourteen Division Benches that will hear cases during the summer break.The six-week break this year is one week less as compared to last year's.
