Supreme Court upholds bail to former Mumbai police chief Sanjay Pandey in phone-tapping case

A bench of Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Ahsanuddin Amanullah clarified that the trial was to continue influenced by the observations made in the Delhi High Court's bail order.
