The Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court recently dismissed a petition filed by a Nagpur lawyer seeking investigation into a complaint alleging that the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis and his associates had obtained pleadings from the office of the government pleader in an unauthorised manner (Satish Uke v. State of Maharashtra & Ors.).
