[UAPA] Delhi High Court seeks response from NIA on PFI member's plea seeking copy of FIR against him

Mohammad Yusuf has approached the court arguing that he was not given a copy of the FIR against him, in violation of the CrPC and court judgments.

The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notice to National Investigation Agency (NIA) on a petition by a Popular Front of India (PFI) activist Mohammad Yusuf demanding a copy of the first information report (FIR) in the case in which he has been arrested.
