The Delhi High Court on Thursday dismissed a plea by Kashmiri separatist organisation Dukhtaran-e-Millat (DeM) challenging the Centre government's decision to declare it a 'terrorist organisation' under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) [Dukhtaran-e-Millat v Union of India].
