The Delhi High Court Tuesday issued notice to its Registrar General and the Principal Secretary of the Delhi government on a petition to decide which court will deal with the minor wrestlers' plea for court monitored investigation against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.
