Will not execute production warrant against TMC leader Anubrata Mondal till January 9: ED to Delhi High Court

The ED registered a money laundering case against Anubrata Mondal after the CBI accused him of being involved in smuggling of cattle to Bangladesh.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday orally assured the Delhi High Court that it will not execute the production warrant issued by Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court against Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Anubrata Mondal till January 9.
