[Yes Bank scam] Delhi High Court sets aside special court order that directed CBI to produce accused before Mumbai court

In a major relief to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Delhi High Court on Friday set aside an order of a special CBI judge that had directed the agency to produce an accused in the Yes Bank Scam before a Mumbai court (Central Bureau of Investigation Anti Corruption Branch v Sumeet Kumar and Anr).
