L&S boosts Mumbai corporate practice with NLSIU grad Vikas Kumar

NLSIU graduate and former DH Law Associates Partner Vikas Kumar is joining Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan (L&S) as a Partner in the firm’s Mumbai office. Vikas will work along with Corporate Partner Ajay Joseph to boost the indian law firm’s corporate practice in Mumbai.

This takes the total number of partners in Mumbai to 7, as confirmed by Mumbai Partner Badri Narayanan.

Vikas, who is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, also holds an MBA from INSEAD France.

He started his career at Crawford Bayley and thereafter moved to Khaitan & Co. He had also worked at J. Sagar Associates and Olswang Singapore for a while before joining DH Law Associates. He later left DH Law to pursue an MBA from INSEAD.

Vikas has over 8 years of experience and focuses on foreign direct investments, private equity investments, M&A and joint ventures, strategic alliances and public offerings.
