Justice N Anand Venkatesh refused to initiate action against those who criticised his suo motu revision proceedings against the acquittal and discharge of three DMK Ministers in disproportionate assets cases.
Justice N Anand Venkatesh of the Madras High Court on Friday refused to take contempt of court action against Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) organisation secretary RS Bharathi and others who criticised him for reviewing the acquittal and discharge of three sitting DMK Ministers in disproportionate assets cases against them.
