Maharashtra crisis: Uddhav Thackeray camp moves Supreme Court against speaker's recognition of Bharat Gogawale as chief whip

The matter was mentioned by Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi before a bench headed by Justice Indira Banerjee but the bench said that the matter will be heard on July 11 along with other cases related to the crisis.

The Uddhav Thackeray camp of Shiv Sena on Monday mentioned before the Supreme Court, the matter relating to Maharashtra political crisis objecting to the manner in which the newly elected speaker recognised the new whip appointed by Eknath Shinde camp.
