Mamata Banerjee moves Bombay High Court in BJP leader's case alleging disrespect to National Anthem

Banerjee has specifically challenged an order passed by special judge RN Rokade who had, on January 12, set aside the summons issued by the Magistrate and had asked the Magistrate to consider the complaint afresh.

West Bengal Chief Minister (CM) Mamata Banerjee has moved the Bombay High Court against summons issued to her by a Magistrate court in a criminal complaint filed by a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader alleging that the CM disrespected the national anthem.
