Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Nagpur has done away with its allotment of seats under the Socially and Educationally Backward Class (SEBC) for the upcoming academic year.

This development coincided with the University and and office bearers of the Consortium of National Law Universities receiving a legal notice highlighting the Supreme Court's stay on Maratha reservation for institutes across Maharashtra.
