Muslim women have absolute right to divorce through Khula; husband's consent, court's declaration not required: Kerala High Court

The Kerala High Court recently reiterated that Muslim women have the absolute right to divorce through Khula (a form of extra-judicial divorce), irrespective of the consent of their husbands.
