NCLAT issues revised Standard Operating Procedure; switches to CISCO-Webex platform

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has notified the revised Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for conducting virtual hearings. (NCLAT- SOP for virtual hearing)

With effect from August 4, NCLAT will use the CISCO-Webex platform for holding Virtual Court Room.
