No rift between Supreme Court judges over new listing system: CJI UU Lalit

Chief Justice of India UU Lalit, speaking at a feliciation function in his honour organised by the Supreme Court Bar Association, said all the top court's judges were on the same page about the current listing mechanism.

Chief Justice of India (CJI) UU Lalit on Thursday refuted reports suggesting a rift between judges of the Supreme Court over the new mechanism of listing cases. 

It was a Supreme Court Bench of Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and AS Oka that had criticised the new system of listing of cases on non-miscellaneous days, in its order dated September 13.
