Delhi High Court refuses urgent listing of plea against stay on prayers at Mughal Mosque in Qutub Minar complex
Advocate M Sufian Siddiqui told the court that the prayers were stopped by the ASI on May 13 which is in violation of fundamental rights and rule of law.
The Delhi High Court on Monday refused to give urgent hearing to a petition against stay on prayers at the Mughal Mosque inside the Qutub Minar Complex in Delhi.
