Parking fees will be subject to outcome of petition contesting its legality: Kerala High Court to Lulu Mall

The plea moved by film director Pauly Vadakkan sought a declaration that the collection of parking fees by the mall was illegal and prayed for directions to refund the ₹20 collected from him earlier in December.

The Kerala High Court on Friday said that any parking fees collected henceforth by Lulu International Shopping Mall in Ernakulam from its visitors will be subject to the outcome of the case before the Court challenging the same [Pauly Vadakkan v Lulu International Shopping Mall & Ors.]
