Phone calls to drug accused not proof of conspiracy without voice recordings or transcripts: J&K High Court

Call logs showing contact between an accused and a co-accused, without evidence such as voice recordings or transcripts of the conversation, are not sufficient to establish a nexus with drug trafficking, the Court said.
