Podcaster and entrepreneur Raj Shamani has approached the Delhi High Court seeking protection of his personality rights. .The case is scheduled to be heard by Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora on November 17. .In his suit, filed through advocate Nakul Gandhi of NG Law Chambers, Shamani has sought the removal of AI-generated content and an injunction order against social media channels and websites using his name, persona and other attributes without his consent.
