SAM, BCLP launch India Arbitration Survey 2026 ahead of India ADR Week

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP (BCLP) are conducting the India Arbitration Survey 2026 to gather views from members of the arbitration community ahead of India ADR Week 2026.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP (BCLP) have joined as Knowledge Partners for the survey.

The survey invites views from arbitrators, counsel, in-house legal professionals, academics, experts and institutional representatives on the opportunities, challenges and priorities shaping arbitration in India today.

The survey will remain open until August 25, 2026.

Its findings will be unveiled during India ADR Week 2026 and released by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant.
