Correcting its’ earlier order, the Supreme Court has allowed Sahara Group Chief Subrata Roy and other contemnors in the SEBI Sahara contempt petition to travel abroad. This decision was taken after hearing the parties in chambers at 1.30 pm today. Speaking to the media, Senior Advocate and counsel for the contemnors, Aryama Sundaram said that the contemnors have been allowed to go abroad, but will have to return if the directions of the Court are not complied with.
