Some writ petitions pending for 20 years: Kerala High Court pulls up Registry for delay in listing cases

The Court directed the Registry to inform the Chief Justice about old writ petitions pending in different jurisdictions, and to take appropriate steps in this regard as per the directions of the Chief Justice.
