He graduated from GLC Mumbai in 1996. He worked with the chambers of Iqbal Chagla from 1998 to 2010 and joined S&R in 2013..Vivek Kumar graduated from NALSAR, Hyderabad in 2005 and is based at S&R’s Mumbai office. His practice area covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment and private equity transactions. Before joining S&R in 2011, Vivek worked at AZB & Partners in Mumbai from 2007. Prior to that, he worked at Wipro Technologies for two years.
