Supreme Court to examine whether divorced Muslim woman can claim maintenance under Section 125 CrPC

The Court appointed Senior Advocate Gaurav Agrawal as Amicus Curiae in the case wherein a Muslim man (petitioner) has challenged a Telangana High Court direction to pay ₹10,000 interim maintenance to his former wife.
