Supreme Court grants bail after noting delay by Jammu & Kashmir High Court in deciding bail plea

The Supreme Court had earlier told the High Court to decide on the plea expeditiously. Since the bail plea could not be taken up by the High Court despite such a direction, the top court decided on the matter itself.
