Supreme Court issues notice to Centre in BSP petition to implement paper trail in EVMs

The Supreme Court today issued notice to the central government and the Election Commission of India in petitions filed by the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and a legislator from the Samajwadi Party, seeking implementation of a voter-verified paper trail.
