Supreme Court issues notice to Telangana High Court over decision against hearing quashing petitions during summer vacation

The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued notice to Telangana High Court Registrar General after it was highlighted in a petition that the High Court has taken a decision on the administrative side to not hear writ petitions or criminal petitions to quash first information reports (FIR) or chargesheet during summer vacation.
