Supreme Court seeks ED's response to bail plea by AAP MP Sanjay Singh in Delhi excise policy scam case

Sanjay Singh was arrested by ED on October 4, 2023. His bail plea was rejected by the trial court on December 22, 2023 and the Delhi High Court on February 9.
