Supreme Court directs SpiceJet to pay $1 million per month to Credit Suisse for 6 months to clear dues

The bench of Justices Vikram Nath and Ahsanuddin Amanullah also directed SpiceJet Chairman and Managing Director, Ajay Singh to continue to remain personally present in court at the next hearing on October 20.

The Supreme Court recently directed SpiceJet to pay $1 million per month to global investment bank, Credit Suisse for 6 months, towards clearing long-pending dues from the airline company. [Credit Suisse AG and anr vs Ajay Singh and anr]
