Swati Maliwal case: Arvind Kejriwal aide Bibhav Kumar moves Delhi High Court challenging his arrest

He has urged the High Court to declare his arrest as illegal on the ground it was in violation of the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in the Arnesh Kumar judgment.
