The third edition of the Delhi Arbitration Weekend (DAW 3.0) will take place from September 18 to 21, 2025. The event is being organised by the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).DAW 3.0 will feature panel discussions and sessions on current issues in domestic and international arbitration. Representatives from major arbitral institutions, including the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), American Arbitration Association (AAA), Delos, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA) and Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) are expected to participate..The event is intended to bring together professionals from the legal, academic and policy sectors to examine recent developments in arbitration and discuss possible improvements to practice and procedure.
