The Central government on Wednesday issued a notification appointing three additional judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court as permanent judges of that court..The three additional judges who have been made permanent are:Justice Sumeet Goel;Justice Sudeepti Sharma;Justice Kirti Singh.."In exercise of the power conferred by Article 217 (1) of the Constitution, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Justice Sumeet Goel, (ii) Smt. Justice Sudeepti Sharma and (iii) Ms. Justice Kirti Singh, Additional Judges of Punjab and Haryana High Court, to be Judges of that High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices," the Ministry of Law and Justice said in the notification. .Supreme Court Collegium had on March 19 recommended that the judges be made permanent.
