Tillu Tajpuriya murder: Delhi High Court reprimands Tihar jail authorities; issues notice on plea for CBI probe

The Delhi High Court on Monday reprimanded Tihar jail authorities for their failure to prevent the murder of gangster Tillu Tajpuriya inside the prison, and ordered the jail superintendent to appear before the Court personally for the next hearing.
