A Vacation Bench of the Delhi High Court will be hearing only 'extremely urgent matters' on December 27, 29 and 31 this year..The said Vacation Bench shall be constituted by the Chief Justice of Delhi High Court Dhirubhai N Patel.A public notice to this effect was issued on Friday (December 24) stating that during the ensuing winter vacations, only extremely urgent matters shall be entertained for listing before the Court."...it is hereby brought to the notice of all concerned that during the ensuing winter vacations, only extremely urgent matters shall be entertained for listing through the designated mentioning link, already in use. The matters passed for listing by the Mentioning Officer will be placed before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for approval.
