Chennai-based law firm Vichar Partners has merged with J. Sagar Associates to set up JSA’s office in Chennai..Vichar Partners, which was set up in September 2010 by Dua Associates Partner Chitra Narayan, Paras Kuhad Associates Chennai head Vinod Kumar, and Aarthi Sivanandh Partner from Universal Legal, will now become part of JSA with effect from April 1, 2014..The Chennai office will have 12 lawyers including Vinod Kumar and Aarthi Sivanandh as Equity Partners and Chitra Narayan as a Retained Partner..“We are excited to become part of a national law firm that is ahead of the fundamental changes that occur in a market. JSA’s commitment to a culture, based on merit and excellence, is the only reality that matters”, said Aarthi Sivanandh in the release..This will be JSA’s sixth office alongside offices in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
