Virtual hearing, filing suspended at NCLAT till October 6 after emergence of COVID-19 cases

A Notice to this effect was published by the NCLAT yesterday after several cases of COVID-19 were detected among its staff.

All work, including virtual hearing and filing, shall remain suspended at National Company Law Appellate Tribunal till October 6.
