

Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Mumbai through its Centre for Mediation and Research (CMR) in collaboration with Centre for Arbitration and Research (CAR) has announced the launch of its Online Certificate Course on Mediation.
The course, titled “Short-term Certificate Course on Mediation” (15 Hours) will be conducted from June 19, 2026 to June 24, 2026 over Zoom from 02:00 PM to 04:30 PM every day.
The course aims to provide participants with a foundational understanding of mediation, mediation laws, dispute resolution mechanisms, mediation processes, and international commercial mediation. The Programme is designed for students, professionals, academicians, and individuals interested in Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms. Upon successful completion of the course, the registered participants will be given an e-certificate.
