The Gujarat Maritime University, Gandhinagar (GMU) is conducting a three-day Certificate Course on Dispute Resolution Mechanisms for Settling International Trade Disputes.

This three-day certificate course offers a comprehensive exploration of dispute resolution mechanisms used in international trade disputes, focusing on arbitration, mediation, and negotiation strategies. Designed for legal professionals, business practitioners, and students of international trade law, the course combines theoretical insights with practical application, helping participants understand the complexities of resolving cross-border disputes. With globalization driving cross-border commerce, dispute resolution has become an essential skill for those involved in international trade, including businesses, law firms, and policymakers.
