JGLS finishes as runners-up at 11th London Vis Pre-Moot 2026

The University of Muenster, Germany won the pre-moot.

A team from Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) emerged as the runners-Up in the 11th London Vis Pre-Moot, 2026.

The team comprised Abhinandan Adhikari, Aniq Jiwani, Devansh Desai, Dhruv Madan, Kashvi Choudhary and Shravya Nargotra.

The team was adjudged as Best Team in the General Rounds.

The University of Muenster, Germany won the pre-moot.

The moot proposition concerned issues under the SIAC Rules on the question of applicable rules, third-party funding, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) on issues of Exemption of Liability and Calculation of Damages.
