The formal inauguration of the blog was carried out by Prof (Dr) Tripathy, following which the NLUO CMN delivered a comprehensive presentation. The presentation introduced the audience to the vision, structure and functioning of the NLUO Mediation Blog.

The mediation blog is aimed at the growing importance of mediation as an effective and collaborative dispute resolution mechanism.

The NLUO Mediation Blogs invites submissions that engage with contemporary developments in ADR, including detailed analyses of the Mediation Act, 2023, evolving mediation legislations, and the growing role of technology in dispute resolution through Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanisms.

In addition to doctrinal and legislative analysis, the blog aims to serve as a repository of real-world learning by featuring case studies that highlight successful mediation practices and the lessons derived from them. It also places emphasis on comparative and international perspectives, enabling contributors to explore global best practices and contextualize them within the Indian legal framework.
