A talk on the theme “Global Migration of Bachan Singh’s Rarest of Rare Framework’ will be organised tomorrow at the India International Centre, New Delhi between 6 and 7.30 pm.
Eminent persoalities speaking at the event include Professor Carolyn Hoyle, Professor of Criminology, Oxford University; Saul Lehfreund, co-founder of the Death Penalty Project, UK; Siddhartha Dave, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India and Dr Arup Surendranath, Executive Director of Project 39A, NLU Delhi.
