Vito India Advisors is looking for Legal Hiring Specialist with 5-7 years of work experience in Mumbai. Vito India Advisors is an executive search firm founded in 2007 by professionals from global investment banks.

Job Description

  • Business Development and build new client relationships.
  • Managing existing General Counsels, Senior HR Heads and Partner Level client relationships
  • Engage and assess over 1,000+ Legal professionals in India
  • Identify top talent and build an industry network across Law firms, in house legal teams in Corporates, PE Funds and the Banking community in India.
  • Manage candidate assessment, screening and maintaining a robust pipeline and recall of top talent for various searches.
  • Manage a team of Analyst/ Associates for ground level support & execution.
  • Responsibility for the entire P&L of the practice area and devising y-o-y growth strategies.


Job Qualification & Minimum requirements

  • An LLB from a top law college / CA with 5-7 years of experience across legal and compliance with a law firm or in a corporate/bank.
  • A process oriented individual will be an added advantage.
  • A demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle multiple variables, multiple stakeholders and targets is a must for this role.
  • Strong people engagement skills and ability to build business relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly Polished & articulate communication is a must for this role.
