Obhan, ALMT lead on Byju’s acquisition of Pearson’s TutorVista and Edurite
Education technology start-up Byju’s has acquired TutorVista and Edurite business of Pearson India for an undisclosed amount.
With this acquisition, Byju’s is expanding its global reach as well as offerings for students, reported Mint.
Obhan & Associates advised Pearson with a team led by Partner Ashima Obhan along with Associate Akanksha Dua
ALMT Bangalore represented Byju’s and the team included Partners Dhanya Menon and Arindam Basu.
