The Rural Electrification Corporation (REC), a Maharatna CPSE under the Ministry of Power has issued Green Bonds of approximately ₹6,145.5 crores ($750 million) of 5 Years Tenure.

Allen & Overy advised the REC on this offering of green bonds.
