720 Partners LLC, a US-based fund has invested into Singapore-based Eventus Security Pte. Ltd., and has consolidated sister concerns of the Eventus Security group under the umbrella of Eventus Security Pte. Ltd. 

ALMT Legal Bangalore has advised on the consolidation of the Indian sister concern entity with Eventus Security Pte. Ltd.
