Highway Infrastructure Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹130 crore, comprising of a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to ₹97.520 crore and an offer for sale by selling shareholders aggregating to for ₹32.480 crore.

ALMT Legal, Bangalore advised and acted as the Indian legal counsel for Highway Infrastructure Limited on this IPO.
